La aerolínea de bandera posee actualmente 42 Boeing 737 en su línea
Un Boeing 737-800 recién salido de fábrica se incorporó este lunes por la mañana a la flota aérea de Aerolíneas Argentinas. Se trata del REG: LV-GVC, C/N 60501/6568 con registro de test N1786B. La aeronave realizó su primer vuelo 25/08/2017, entregándose a la aerolínea el 13/09/17. De esta manera Aerolíneas Argentinas alcanzó un total de 42 aviones B737 afectados a vuelos de cabotaje y regionales, conformando un total de 84 naves. La ruta aérea que une la Provincia de Buenos Aires con la de Jujuy fue la designada para que se efectúe el vuelo inaugural del nuevo avión.
Como parte del plan de renovación de la flota aérea, Aerolíneas Argentinas adquirió la nueva aeronave que había arribado al país luego de ser trasladada directamente de la fábrica Boeing ubicada en Seattle, Estados Unidos. La aeronave partió desde Aeroparque con destino a San Salvador de Jujuy, donde el gobernador de la provincia, Gerardo Morales, se encargó de recibirla en el Aeropuerto Internacional Gobernador Horacio Guzmán, junto a medios locales, luego de su primer vuelo.
Mario Dell’Acqua, presidente del Grupo Aerolíneas, fue uno de los tripulantes del primer recorrido aéreo que realizó el avión y declaró: “Seguimos creciendo, y en la estrategia de crecimiento, la renovación de la flota juega un rol central: nos permite ofrecer un mejor servicio y nos ayuda a mantener el liderazgo en puntualidad que logramos en estos últimos 20 meses”.
El nuevo Boeing 737-800 LV–GVC cuenta con una configuración de 170 asientos: 8 en Club Economy y 162 en clase Económica. Permitirá cubrir la creciente oferta de servicios, producto del aumento en sus frecuencias de vuelos y sumatoria de nuevos destinos.
Llegan los “MAX”
Además, en los meses de noviembre y diciembre Aerolíneas Argentinas comenzará a recibir los nuevos Boeing 737-8 MAX, en el marco de renovación y ampliación de su flota. Aerolíneas Argentinas será la primera aerolínea de América Latina en volar el modelo “MAX”, una aeronave de última generación mucho más moderna y eficiente, que permitirá ofrecer el mejor servicio de la región a sus pasajeros.
La flota total de Aerolíneas y Austral, incluyendo las aeronaves de fuselaje ancho, suma en la actualidad 84 equipos, teniendo en cuenta las 26 aeronaves Embraer E-190. Un total de 68 aviones cuentan con una antigüedad promedio menor a los seis años.

As part of the aerial fleet renewal plan, Aerolíneas Argentinas acquired the new aircraft that had arrived in the country after being transferred directly from the Boeing factory located in Seattle, United States. The aircraft departed from Aeroparque to San Salvador de Jujuy, where the governor of the province, Gerardo Morales, was in charge of receiving it at the Gobernador Horacio Guzmán International Airport, together with local media, after its first flight.
Mario Dell’Acqua, president of the Aerolineas Group, was one of the crew members of the first airliner that made the plane and declared: “We continue to grow, and in the strategy of growth, the renewal of the fleet plays a central role: a better service and helps us maintain the leadership in punctuality that we have achieved in the last 20 months”.
The new Boeing 737-800 LV-GVC has a configuration of 170 seats: 8 in Club Economy and 162 in Economy class. It will cover the growing offer of services, as a result of the increase in their flight frequencies and the sum of new destinations.
The “MAX” arrives
In addition, in November and December Aerolineas Argentinas will begin to receive the new Boeing 737-8 MAX, within the framework of renewal and expansion of its fleet. Aerolineas Argentinas will be the first airline in Latin America to fly the “MAX” model, a state-of-the-art aircraft that is much more modern and efficient, which will allow to offer the best service of the region to its passengers.
