Azores Airlines invierte en nueva flota para servir vuelos a EE.UU.
Azores Airlines de Portugal está renovando su flota transatlántica. La compañía azorense ya emplea nuevos aviones Airbus A330 e introducirá los narrowbodies (fuselaje estrecho) A321NEO.
La adquisición de seis A321NEO a Air Lease Corporation hasta el 2021, Azores Airlines comenzará a volar sin escalas con esta nueva aeronave para vuelos transatlánticos. Estos aviones sustituirán a la flota de Airbus A310 que vuela a Boston.

El Airbus A321NEO que ostenta tener una capacidad para efectuar vuelos costa a costa del Atlántico además de un espacio optimizado de cabina y un mayor alcance que sus competidores directos. La configuración de los A321NEO tendrán hasta 168 pax.
Con este plan de renovación de flota, Azores Airlines está mejorando la experiencia de volar para todos sus pasajeros al ofrecer un avión flexible y moderno para conectar las Islas Azores con la costa este de Estados Unidos, Lisboa, Porto, Madeira y Canarias.
Azores Airlines, parte del Grupo SATA, ha conectado a Nueva Inglaterra (EEUU) con las Azores y Portugal continental durante más de 35 años.

Azores Airlines of Portugal is renewing its transatlantic fleet. The Azorean company already uses new Airbus A330 aircraft and will introduce narrowbodies A321NEO.
The acquisition of six A321NEO from Air Lease Corporation until 2021, Azores Airlines will begin to fly nonstop with this new aircraft for transatlantic flights. These aircraft will replace the Airbus A310 fleet that flies to Boston.
