Synergy Group podría comprar la línea aérea de México Aeromar
La transacción de la venta de Aeromar podría concretarse a principios de 2018 la compra de 49% de las acciones de la aerolínea mexicana, declaró la firma latinoamericana en el marco del 14° Foro Líderes de Aviación, organizado por la Asociación Latinoamericana y del Caribe del Transporte Aéreo (ALTA) en Buenos Aires.
Aeromar atravieza problemas laborales que impedía que se concretase la venta, pero están confiados poder formalizarla a principios del 2018. El problema de estaba relacionado con los contratos laborales que tenía Aeromar, que representaban un obstáculo para la compra, informando que pudieron solucionarlo.
Por otro lado, la aerolínea Aeromar, dependiendo de su crecimiento, pudiera adquirir parte de las órdenes de aeronaves realizadas por el Synergy Group.
El CEO Germán Efromovich expresó con respecto a la futura compra de acciones en Aeromar: “Se está concretando la inversión. Hay un plan de negocios, hay 14 nuevos aviones y esos no vinieron gratis, nadie cambia la flota sin que usted ponga el dinero. Tenemos que terminar el plan de negocios el año próximo. Tenemos que tener la autorización para la inversión, primero queríamos resolver el problema laboral que se ha resuelto y ahí vamos”.
El poderoso grupo aerocomercial Synergy Group, propiedad de Germán Efromovich, cuenta con un conglomeraro de aerolíneas como Avianca, Helicol, Tampa (Colombia), Ocean Air (Brasil), y servicio de mantenimiento de aeronaves.

CEO Germán Efromovich expressed with respect to the future purchase of shares in Aeromar: «The investment is being specified. There is a business plan, there are 14 new airplanes and those did not come for free, nobody changes the fleet without you putting the money. We have to finish the business plan next year. We have to have the authorization for the investment, first we wanted to solve the labor problem that has been solved and here we go».
