Aerolíneas Argentinas alcanzó máxima puntualidad histórica en Febrero 2019
Aerolíneas Argentinas alcanzó en Febrero 2019 el mejor índice de puntualidad de su historia alcanzando un 91,4% de sus vuelos en horario, mientras que el cumplimiento de los vuelos realizados en comparación a los programados se ubicó en 99,57%. Este nuevo récord se encuentra en línea con la marca alcanzada en 2018, cuya puntualidad promedio alcanzada fue de 87%. Desde la compañía destacan el elevado factor de cumplimiento de los vuelos, lo que acredita la confiabilidad operativa de la aerolínea.

Aerolíneas Argentinas encabezó en varias oportunidades los rankings de la organización de estadísticas aéreas Flightstats en 2018, como la aerolínea más puntual de la región y una de las tres primeras a nivel mundial entre las que unen más de dos continentes. La puntualidad es un valor clave para la empresa, junto con la oferta en rutas y frecuencias, explicaron desde Aerolíneas Argentinas.
En cuanto a la seguridad operativa, Aerolíneas obtuvo en 2018 el galardón en 3 categorías de los “Travelers Choice Awards” (TripAdvisor), especializado en información sobre viajes con alcance mundial: «Mejor Línea Aérea de América Latina», «Mejor Clase Business de América Latina» y «Mejor Clase Económica de América Latina». En 2018, Aerolíneas recibió también la distinción de APEX, otro importante premio basado en la calificación de los usuarios. Obtuvo cuatro estrellas en la categoría “Aerolíneas Globales”, siendo así una de las veintitrés líneas aéreas que lograron esta distinción, sobre un total de 500 empresas analizadas.
