La República Argentina efectuará un blindaje transporte nacional e internacional
El Gobierno de Argentina hará efectivo el cierre de todo transporte aéreo nacional e internacional con la excepción del transporte de carga y transporte urbano de pasajeros, como así de los vuelos de repatriación de argentinos en el exterior. La nueva medida contempla evitar una mayor circulación de personas y de esa manera intentar prevenir los contagios de Coronavirus.
Las personas que hayan comprado pasajes para viajar en micro, tren o avión durante el próximo fin de semana largo o hayan reservado hoteles podrán solicitar su devolución o reprogramación sin pagar penalidad, tras el anuncio del gobierno de que a partir del Viernes 20/03 desde las 00:00 hs. se suspenderán los viajes en esos servicios hasta el próximo Martes 24 Marzo 2020 a las 23:59 hs.
Las compañías aéreas de cabotaje como Aerolíneas Argentinas, Latam Airlines Argentina, Andes Líneas Aéreas, Norwegian Air Argentina/JetSmart, JetSmart Airlines Argentina, Flybondi Líneas Aéreas, Flyest Líneas Aéreas y American Jet Líneas Aéreas, que anunciaron que los 
pasajeros podrán cambiar sus pasajes sin cargo o solicitar su devolución, según el mecanismo de compra utilizado.

La Resolución 131/2020 publicada en el Boletín Oficial señaló que “los Agentes de Viaje y los establecimientos hoteleros de la Argentina deberán devolver a los turistas usuarios toda suma de dinero que hubieren percibido en concepto de reserva por alojamientos a ser usufructuados durante el período comprendido entre la fecha de entrada en vigencia de la presente medida y el 31 Marzo del año en curso”.
Repatriación
La Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) de Argentina habilitó a otras compañías aéreas a repatriar argentinos que se encuentran varados en distintas ciudades del mundo por la pandemia del Coronavirus. Hasta el momento, esa posibilidad estaba restringida exclusivamente a Aerolíneas Argentinas, sin embargo las autoridades entendieron que la cantidad de personas que buscan alternativas para retornar al país excede largamente la capacidad operativa de la aerolínea de bandera.
Las empresas también tendrán la posibilidad de transportar a los extranjeros que quedaron retenidos en la Argentina como consecuencia del cierre de fronteras anunciado por el presidente Alberto Fernández el fin de semana pasado. En el marco de las excepciones que incluye el decreto que declaró la emergencia sanitaria y en acuerdo con todas las autoridades involucradas, el organismo estableció una dispensa a la prohibición de realizar vuelos y especificó cuáles son los requisitos que deberán reunir las firmas que soliciten autorización.

The new measure contemplates avoiding a greater circulation of people and in this way trying to prevent the spread of Coronavirus.

Travel on these services will be suspended until next Tuesday, March 24, 2020, at 11:59 p.m.

Tourism Agencies
Resolution 131/2020 published in the Official Gazette stated that “Travel Agents and hotel establishments in Argentina must return to tourists users any sum of money they may have received as a reservation for accommodation to be used during the period covered between the effective date of this measure and March 31 of the current year”.
Repatriation
The National Civil Aviation Administration (ANAC) of Argentina authorized other airlines to repatriate Argentines who are stranded in different cities around the world due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Until now, that possibility was restricted exclusively to Aerolíneas Argentinas, however, the authorities understood that the number of people seeking alternatives to return to the country far exceeds the operating capacity of the flag carrier.
The companies will also have the possibility of transporting foreigners who were held in Argentina as a result of the border closure announced by President Alberto Fernández last weekend. In the framework of the exceptions included in the decree that declared the health emergency and in agreement with all the authorities involved, the agency established a waiver of the prohibition on flights and specified what are the requirements that the firms that request authorization must meet.
