Federación Rusia producirá SSJ-100 100% nacional
La Federación Rusia ha anunciado la promesa de aumentar la producción de aviones Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100. El Jefe del Ministerio de Industria y Comercio Denis Manturov planea aumentar la producción de SSJ 100 a cuarenta unidades por año.
Según Denis Manturov, el principal tema de debate se refería a las cuestiones de la sustitución de importaciones de componentes de aeronaves. “El objetivo principal para la industria aeronáutica rusa es convertirse en la sustitución de importaciones más completa de todos los sistemas y unidades. La capacidad de producción existente nos permite aumentar la producción de aviones Superjet-100 a 40 unidades por año”, el jefe del Ministerio de Industria y Comercio describió el nivel planificado de producción de la versión sustituida por importación.
Se observa que la United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) tiene la intención de reemplazar el motor extranjero SaM-146 con el PD-8 ruso en el avión SSJ 100. Anteriormente, se planeaba certificar el PD-8 en 2023, pero ahora Manturov instruyó a acelerar estos trabajos. Según agregó el ministerio, el titular del Ministerio de Industria y Comercio se fijó la tarea de garantizar la certificación de este motor en los próximos 12-14 meses.
A principios de Marzo 2022, el Presidente ruso Vladimir Putin anunció el desarrollo de su propia industria de la aviación en el país. “Desarrollaremos nuestra propia aviación. Rusia desarrollará su industria aeronáutica, aumentará el transporte aéreo nacional, siempre que sea posible, para volar al extranjero, nos esforzaremos por cambiar la situación”, prometió el Jefe de Estado.

The Russian Federation has announced a promise to increase production of Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100 aircraft. The Head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov plans to increase the production of SSJ 100 to forty units per year.
According to Denis Manturov, the main topic of discussion concerned the issues of import substitution of aircraft components. “The main goal for the Russian aircraft industry is to become the most complete import substitution of all systems and units. The existing production capacity allows us to increase the production of Superjet-100 aircraft to 40 units per year”, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce described the planned level of production of the version replaced by import.
It is noted that the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC) intends to replace the foreign SaM-146 engine with the Russian PD-8 on the SSJ 100 aircraft. Previously, the PD-8 was planned to be certified in 2023, but now Manturov instructed speed up these jobs. According to the ministry, the head of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce has set himself the task of guaranteeing the certification of this engine in the next 12-14 months.
In early March 2022, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the development of his own aviation industry in the country. “We will develop our own aviation. Russia will develop its aviation industry, increase domestic air transport, whenever possible, to fly abroad, we will strive to change the situation”, promised the Head of State.

Российская Федерация объявила о намерении увеличить производство самолетов Sukhoi Superjet SSJ-100. Глава Минпромторга Денис Мантуров планирует увеличить производство SSJ 100 до сорока единиц в год.
По словам Дениса Мантурова, основная тема обсуждения касалась вопросов импортозамещения авиакомпонентов. «Главная цель для российского авиапрома — стать максимально полным импортозамещением всех систем и агрегатов. Существующие производственные мощности позволяют увеличить выпуск самолетов Суперджет-100 до 40 единиц в год», —заявил глава ведомства. Минпромторга описал планируемый уровень производства версии, замещаемой импортной.
Отмечается, что Объединенная авиастроительная корпорация (ОАК) намерена заменить иностранный двигатель SaM-146 на российский ПД-8 на самолете SSJ 100. Ранее ПД-8 планировалось сертифицировать в 2023 году, но теперь Мантуров поручил ускорить эти работы. По данным министерства, глава Минпромторга поставил перед собой задачу гарантировать сертификацию этого двигателя в ближайшие 12-14 месяцев.
В начале марта 2022 года президент России Владимир Путин заявил о развитии в стране собственной авиационной промышленности. «Мы будем развивать собственную авиацию. Россия будет развивать свою авиационную промышленность, увеличивать внутренние авиаперевозки, по возможности летать за границу, мы будем стремиться изменить ситуацию», —пообещал Глава государства.
