Cathay Pacific Group ha firmado un memorando de entendimiento (MoU) con Airbus para adquirir 32 aviones A321NEO

Cathay Pacific Group has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Airbus to acquire 32 A321NEO
These will be operated by Cathay Dragon (the regional group company) in services connecting your Hong Kong base to destinations throughout Asia.
The A321NEO aircraft will replace and modernize the current Cathay Dragon fleet of 15 A320CEO and 8 A321CEO, allowing the airline to capture growth opportunities in the region. The Cathay Dragon network currently covers 56 Asian destinations, including 28 in mainland China.
Cathay Pacific President and Cathay Dragon President Rupert Hogg said the A321NEO will bring operating profits by increasing the capacity of the Cathay Dragon network to expand.
Cathay Dragon is an operator of all Airbus, with a current fleet of 23 aircraft of the A320 family. In addition, the company operates 37 A330-300s, becoming the largest operator of A330 in the Asia-Pacific region.
