Debido a turbulencias en vuelo AA759 en un Airbus A330 de American Airlines pasajeros fueron hospitalizados
La aeronave experimentó “intensas turbulencias” de manera espontánea este sábado por la tarde, agregó American Airlines. Un total de 287 pasajeros y 12 tripulantes se hallaban a bordo del Airbus A330-300 en el momento de las turbulencias.
Alrededor de diez personas fueron hospitalizadas en Estados Unidos como resultado de las fuertes turbulencias que sufrió este sábado un avión de American Airlines que viajaba de Atenas a Filadelfia, informó hoy la aerolínea. Tres pasajeros y siete miembros de la tripulación fueron transportados a un hospital local para ser evaluados y más tarde fueron dados de alta”, indicó la compañía en un comunicado.
Algunos pasajeros que viajaban en el vuelo 759 de la aerolínea describieron la desagradable experiencia al señalar que, tanto tembló el avión al perder altitud, que algunos ocupantes llegaron a tocar el techo de la aeronave.
Estas fuertes turbulencias ponen a las aerolíneas en constante alertas para que puedan minimizar los efectos pocos predecibles de la meteorología aeronáutica.
