Norwegian Air fue premiada como mejor Aerolínea del Año
La compañía Norwegian Air ha sido galardonada con el premio ‘Aerolínea del Año’ en los Premios CAPA Aviation de Excelencia durante la Cumbre Mundial de Aviación y Viajes Corporativos, de CAPA, en la ciudad de Londres.
Norwegian fue seleccionado por el jurado del Centro de Aviación CAPA por estar a la vanguardia de los viajes de larga distancia de bajo costo, abriendo cerca de 30 rutas intercontinentales en el último año entre Europa, Estados Unidos y Asia.
CAPA también reconoció a Norwegian Air por su uso pionero del avión Boeing 737 MAX en rutas transatlánticas desatendidas, lo que está creando demanda en nuevos mercados.
El CEO de Norwegian, Bjørn Kjos, recibió el premio a la ‘Aerolínea del Año’, de manos del presidente ejecutivo de CAPA, Peter Harbison, durante una cena de gala en el Sofitel London Heathrow. “Es un honor recoger el premio a la aerolínea CAPA del año en nombre de Norwegian. Este logro subyace en el duro trabajo y el apoyo de todos mis dedicados colegas que han contribuido a que el noruego reciba un prestigioso reconocimiento de la industria una vez más”, dijo Bjørn Kjos, CEO de Norwegian. “En nuestro decimoquinto año, estoy orgulloso de ver la combinación de Norwegian en tarifas asequibles, aviones de bajo consumo y un servicio de alta calidad reconocido por nuestros compañeros del sector. Norwegian Air has been awarded the ‘Airline of the Year’ award at the CAPA Aviation Excellence Awards during the CAPA Aviation and Corporate Travel Summit in London.
Norwegian was selected by the jury of the CAPA Aviation Center for being at the forefront of low-cost long-distance travel, opening about 30 intercontinental routes in the last year between Europe, the United States and Asia.
CAPA also recognized Norwegian Air for its pioneering use of the Boeing 737 MAX aircraft on unattended transatlantic routes, which is creating demand in new markets.
