La nueva propuesta salarial del Grupo Aerolíneas fue descartada por los trabajadores
Los gremios aeronáuticos y Aerolíneas Argentinas / Austral Líneas Aéreas no lograron un acuerdo este martes en el Ministerio de Trabajo de Argentina tras el conflicto salarial que durante el fin de semana largo afectó a más de cien vuelos en todos el país, por lo cual decidieron ingresar en un cuarto intermedio y retomar mañana las negociaciones.
Previo a la reunión del viernes pasado, los sindicatos realizaron asambleas en Aeroparque, hecho que paralizó las operaciones de la compañía, por lo que más de cien vuelos se vieron afectados en todos los aeropuertos del país. Las cancelaciones y demoras de los servicios comenzaron a primera hora del viernes y se extendieron durante todo el día. Los representantes de los sindicatos habían mantenido el viernes último una reunión en el Ministerio con referentes de Aerolíneas, pero las negociaciones fracasaron ante una diferencia de diez puntos respecto de lo ofertado y lo pretendido por los trabajadores.
El Ministerio de Trabajo informó que los gremios aeronáuticos exigían una recomposición salarial, el Grupo Aerolíneas expresó a mejorar su oferta salarial del 17%, un incremento del 1 % más de la última oferta. Los sindicatos han rechazado así la nueva propuesta salarial.
Ante el rechazo de la oferta salarial por parte del Ministerio de Trabajo, volverán a reunirse mañana miércoles, 18 a las 10:00 hs. Por su parte, el presidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas, Mario Dell Acqua, aseguró que la empresa está “abierta” a la cláusula gatillo “para mantener un buen nivel salarial y proteger a los trabajadores de la inflación, pero no podemos dar cosas que no sean razonables”.

The aeronautical guilds and Aerolíneas Argentinas / Austral Líneas Aéreas did not reach agreement on Tuesday in the Ministry of Labor of Argentina after the wage conflict that during the long weekend affected more than a hundred flights in all the country, reason why they decided to enter in an intermediate room and resume negotiations tomorrow.
Prior to last Friday’s meeting, the unions held assemblies at Aeroparque, which paralyzed the company’s operations, causing over one hundred flights to be affected at all airports in the country. The union representatives had held a meeting in the Ministry last Friday with Airline referents, but the negotiations failed with a difference of ten points with respect to what was offered and what was intended by the workers.
The Ministry of Labor reported that the aeronautical guilds demanded a salary recomposition, the Aerolíneas Group expressed to improve its wage offer of 17%, a 1% increase over the last offer. The unions have thus rejected the new wage proposal.
Given the rejection of the wage offer by the Ministry of Labor, will meet again Wednesday, 18 at 10:00 a.m. Meanwhile, Aerolíneas Argentinas president Mario Dell Acqua said that the company is “open” to the trigger clause “to maintain a good wage level and protect workers from inflation, but we can not give things that are not reasonable”.
