Air Mediterranean Airlines de Grecia lanzará servicio sin escalas entre Atenas y Estocolmo
El Aeropuerto internacional de Eleftherios Venizelos (Grecia) y el Aeropuerto Internacional de Estocolmo Arlanda (Suecia) tendrá vuelo directo por el transportista aéreo Air Mediterranean Airlines.
La aerolínea griega está lanzando siete nuevas rutas internacionales simultáneamente. El viaje inaugural entre Atenas y Estocolmo está previsto para el 2 de noviembre 2017, y habrá salidas cuatro días a la semana, según el aeropuerto de Estocolmo Arlanda.
La ruta Atenas-Estocolmo han aumentado un 68% en los últimos cuatro años. El tráfico de verano es más importante para este destino, pero hay una demanda significativa de servicio durante todo el año. “Es gratificante ver el crecimiento de la oferta de nuevas rutas directas entre Estocolmo y el resto de Europa.Vemos una demanda grande y creciente, sobre todo en términos de servicios a Grecia.Desde 2010, también hemos visto un aumento sustancial en los turistas que viajan a Suecia desde Atenas, damos la bienvenida a Air Mediterranean Airlines a Estocolmo Arlanda”, dice Elizabeth Axtelius, directora de negocios de aviación en Swedavia.

Greece’s Air Mediterranean Airlines to launch nonstop service between Athens and Stockholm
Eleftherios Venizelos International Airport (Greece) and Stockholm Arlanda International Airport (Sweden) will have direct flights by Air Mediterranean Airlines.
The Greek airline is launching seven new international routes simultaneously. The inaugural trip between Athens and Stockholm is scheduled for November 2, 2017, and there will be departures four days a week, according to Stockholm Arlanda Airport.
The Athens-Stockholm route has increased by 68% in the last four years. Summer traffic is more important for this destination, but there is a significant demand for service throughout the year. “It is gratifying to see growth in the supply of new direct routes between Stockholm and the rest of Europe. We see a large and growing demand, especially in terms of services to Greece. Since 2010, we have also seen a substantial increase in tourists who travel to Sweden from Athens, we welcome Air Mediterranean Airlines to Stockholm Arlanda”, says Elizabeth Axtelius, director of aviation business in Swedavia.
The strong contrasts make the capital of Greece an exciting destination to explore. In this city of the world, antiquity meets the future and ancient monuments contrast with a new and more modern Athens.
The new nonstop route will be served by a Boeing 737-400. Departures from Stockholm Arlanda will be four times a week on Thursdays to Sundays, with a flight time of 3 hours and 50 minutes. A \ W
