Iberia busca pilotos para 2018 por la llegada de aviones de nueva generación A320NEO y A350-900
Iberia Líneas Aéreas de España anunció este viernes la apertura de un proceso de selección de nuevos pilotos, cuya primera prueba se celebrará el próximo 18 de octubre 2017.
La aerolínea Iberia en su página web https://iberia.aplygo.com/seleccionpilotos/ informa todos los detalles de la convocatoria. Algunos de los requisitos básicos para presentarse son un certificado de competencia lingüística en inglés y español (con niveles mínimos de 4 y 6, respectivamente), así como un certificado de historial aeronáutico libre de incidentes o accidentes. Iberia explica en una nota que estos nuevos aviones requieren unos procesos de formación específicos e intensos, lo que lleva implícito “entrenamiento y cambios de función” de segundos a comandantes.
La necesidad de incorporación de nuevos pilotos responde al proceso de renovación de la flota que está experimentando la compañía. Los primeros aviones de los modelos Airbus A320NEO y A350-900, que llegarán a partir de 2018, requieren procesos de formación específicos e intensos, informó Iberia.
Asimismo, el movimiento de tripulantes de una flota a otra previsto por la aerolínea conlleva “necesidades de entrenamiento”, además de “los cambios de función de segundos a comandantes”. Entre los conocimientos y aptitudes que se valorarán, junto al cumplimiento de los requisitos básicos, figuran los estudios universitarios, la formación profesional y la licencia de piloto de planeador o de vuelo acrobático. Iberia contempla la renovación de la flota que generará nuevas necesidades de tripulantes y abrirá una oportunidad para los que quieren optar a trabajar en la aerolínea.
Iberia y la representación de los trabajadores acordaron hace poco más de un mes un nuevo expediente de regulación de empleo (ERE) voluntario, con vigencia hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2019 y que puede afectar a un máximo de 955 trabajadores, 70 de ellos pilotos.
