Aerolíneas/Austral realizarán un paro el Martes 31 de Octubre enreclamo de mejoras salariales

Los cinco gremios aeronáuticos anunciaron que el próximo Martes 31 harán un parto en todos los vuelos de Aerolíneas Argentinas y Austral Líneas Aéreas, en rechazo del aumento de salarios ofrecido por las empresas. La medida fue dispuesta tras largas negociaciones y una última instancia, de la cual participaron directivos de ambas compañías, del Ministerio de Transporte y de la Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA), de la Unión de Aviadores de Líneas Aéreas (UALA), de la Asociación del Personal Aeronáutico (APA), de la Unión del Personal Superior de Empresas Aeronáuticas (UPSA) y de la Asociación del Personal Técnico Aeronáutico (APTA).

En un comunicado, los cinco gremios destacaron que “el Ministerio de Transporte y las autoridades de las empresas no realizaron ninguna propuesta superadora del porcentaje de aumento ya ofrecido y conformado por un exiguo 16%, absolutamente insuficiente para mantener el poder adquisitivo de los salarios de nuestros representados, degradado significativamente por la inflación acumulada interanual”.

Según fuentes de la empresa, con los adicionales la propuesta de aumento llega al 20%, y contempla una “cláusula gatillo”, para el caso de que la inflación acumulada supere ese porcentaje. “Un paro así no sólo daña a la compañía, sino que toma de rehenes a los pasajeros”, dijo un vocero. E informó que Aerolíneas y Austral ya empezaron a reprogramar los vuelos del martes, para el caso de que el conflicto no se solucione.

Fuentes del Ministerio Trabajo cercanas a la negociación ratificaron que la oferta “neta llegó al 20% (sumando otros ítems)”, pero los sindicatos reclamaron un ajuste salarial de entre 24 y 26 por ciento.

Airlines / Austral will hold a strike on Tuesday, October 31, on wage improvements

The five aeronautical guilds announced that next Tuesday 31 will make a delivery on all flights of Aerolíneas Argentinas and Austral Líneas Aéreas, in rejection of the increase of wages offered by the companies. The measure was drawn up after lengthy negotiations and a final instance, which was attended by executives from both companies, the Ministry of Transport and the Association of Airline Pilots (APLA), the Airline Airmen’s Union (UALA), the Association of Aeronautical Personnel (APA), the Union of Senior Personnel of Aeronautical Enterprises (UPSA) and the Association of Aviation Technical Personnel (APTA).

In a statement, the five guilds stressed that “the Ministry of Transport and the authorities of the companies did not make any proposal to overcome the percentage of increase already offered and made up of a meager 16%, absolutely insufficient to maintain the purchasing power of the salaries of our represented, significantly degraded by the cumulative inflation year-on-year”.

According to company sources, with the additional the proposed increase reaches 20%, and contemplates a “trigger clause”, in case the accumulated inflation exceeds that percentage. “A strike like this not only damages the company, but also takes hostages to the passengers,” said a spokesman. And he informed that Aerolíneas and Austral already began to reprogram the flights of Tuesday, in case the conflict is not solved.

Labor Ministry sources close to the negotiation ratified that the “net offer reached 20% (adding other items)”, but unions demanded a salary adjustment of between 24 and 26 percent. A \ W
