Los gremios aeronáuticos de Argentina amenazan con más medidas la semana próxima
Más de 40.000 pasajeros fueron afectados por el paro que convocaron cinco sindicatos. En la compañía analizan llevar el reclamo a la Justicia. Por la huelga, se cancelaron 33 vuelos programados
El Aeroparque Metropolitano Jorge Newbery, ayer, estaba casi vacío. Era una postal pocas veces vista como consecuencia de un paro de trabajadores de Aerolíneas Argentinas y Austral para reclamar por un aumento salarial que afectó a 40.000 pasajeros que debían tomar 380 vuelos, entre internacionales y de cabotaje. Por un efecto arrastre, la compañía estatal anunció que hoy no saldrán 33 vuelos.
Las oficinas vacías y los puestos de check in de Aerolíneas estaban custodiados por personal de la Policía de Seguridad Aeroportuaria (PSA). A pesar de que el paro fue convocado para ayer, empezó a afectar la actividad en el aeropuerto de Ezeiza y en el Aeroparque anteayer cuando 50 vuelos que tenían previstos despegues o aterrizajes después de la medianoche fueron cancelados. Como gran parte de los 40.000 pasajeros afectados ya estaban informados del paro, ayer ni en el Aeroparque ni en Ezeiza se vivieron episodios de desesperación.
La posición de los Gremios
La situación, lejos de resolverse, podría repetirse la semana próxima. Así lo afirmó, en una conferencia de prensa, Rubén Fernández, el jefe del gremio aeronáutico UPSA, uno de los cinco sindicatos que convocaron a la medida de fuerza.
Los gremios reclaman un aumento salarial de hasta el 26 %, mientras que Aerolíneas ofrece un incremento del 16% con cláusula gatillo y un bono no remunerativo.
“Lamentablemente, si no hay acuerdo salarial, sí [habrá nuevas medidas de fuerza], como lo haría cualquier otro gremio”, precisó Fernández. El titular de UPSA advirtió que podrían generarse otros inconvenientes ya que, además del conflicto en Aerolíneas, en los próximos días también vencen las paritarias de Intercargo [servicio de rampas] y del grupo Latam, uno de los principales operadores aéreos que tiene presencia en el país. “No depende sólo de nosotros, no es unilateral. Acá hay un contexto. Esperamos que alguien recapacite y haga bien los números”, subrayó. Con esa frase, cuestionó al presidente de Aerolíneas, Mario Dell’Acqua, que había hecho referencia a salarios de entre 250.000 y 300.000 pesos en el sector aeronáutico.
“Los argentinos elegimos salir de este tipo de aprietes. Estamos analizando tomar alguna medida judicial”, señaló Dell’Acqua, ayer, en diálogo con Radio Mitre. Y deslizó que el paro no se relaciona con el reclamo salarial: “Todo esto me hace pensar que no tiene que ver con uno o dos puntos más de salario. Una vez más, estos gremios acostumbrados al apriete, a la extorsión, nos dicen que van a parar a partir de la medianoche y empiezan a las seis de la tarde, y anularon todos los vuelos internacionales en un mandato de APLA [Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas]. Esto no pasa desde 1986”.
Frente al paro, la política implementada por Aerolíneas incluye la posibilidad de cambiar la fecha del vuelo sin cambios de tarifa o cobro de penalidad manteniendo la ruta, para hacer el viaje hasta el 30 de noviembre; usar el ticket como crédito para cualquier ruta o vuelo en el plazo de un año (aquí sí cabe penalidad y cambio de tarifa); o el reintegro del 100% del pasaje. With that phrase, he questioned the president of Aerolineas, Mario Dell’Acqua, who had made reference to salaries of between 250,000 and 300,000 pesos in the aeronautical sector.
“We Argentines chose to leave this type of tightening, we are analyzing taking some judicial action,” Dell’Acqua said yesterday in a dialogue with Radio Miter.
